Though if you sound legit enough or I have seen you around before, I may not enforce #1, but I would still provide these just in case:
A link to your socials for verification. Any socials will do. This is to make sure you aren't a bot, scammer, or some other shady person.
Clear references for your character(s), objects, backgrounds, etc. Give as much references as you can if you want something specific.
Please communicate to me if you wish your commission to be private. If you do not ask your commission to be private, you agree to have it posted on my platforms. Its progress may also be streamed on my Picarto.

PAYMENT
I take PayPal or CashApp. Please pay upfront in full for sketch commissions, character art commissions, and full pieces under $75.No Surprise Commissions
If you are commissioning some one else's character, I need proof of their consent to be apart of the commission, via screenshot or forwarded message.For full pieces above $75, I can take partial payment of however the amount may be for the commission.I will not start your commission until you have paidThe first half will be a sketch and you will have to pay the rest of the piece for line art, colors, and shading (if shading is requested). If the rest of the payment cannot be provided, you will be left with a sketch.PRIVACY
I do take private commissions! Please specify if you do not wish for your commission to be posted on my socials or live streamed. You may also allow me to post it but refer to you as "anonymous". If you do not communicate to me you want your commission to be private, you agree to have me post publicly on my socials and tag you.WAIT TIME
For full piece commissions, they may take up to 4 weeks to a month to complete. For character commissions and sketches, the estimated time is 2 - 4 weeks. If I take any longer than these wait times, I will communicate to you where I am at and provide you a new estimated wait time for your commission. Please note I am a college student and disabled, so these factors combined may contribute to potentially longer wait times.PROGRESS
I will send a sketch for approval. You may make changes at this stage until you are satisfied. If you are completely satisfied, I will continue on with the line art and colors. The rest of the progress will be sent. I may also stream your commission on Picarto can watch the progress in real time. I will send you the link to the stream just in case you would like to watch and make notes.OWNERSHIP
You may use your commission for personal use only (avatar, banner, gallery, etc) with proper credit to any of my socials. Do not claim my art as your own. I do not consent to my art being used for AI training or NFTs.REFUNDS
You may issue a refund if I for any reason I feel can not finish your commission or provide service in a timely manner. If I have finished parts of a commission but I feel I cannot finish it any further, a partial refund will be provided.Positively no refunds/chargebacks when the commission is fully completed. than happy to make minor changes if I have made a mistake.If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to let me know!
